We think it’s important that you can get to know our team and gain some valuable advice before deciding whether we are the right fit for you. We welcome you to book in for complimentary chat with one of our Artists. There’s no obligation to book an appointment with us.

HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR SERVICES?

We have a tiered price system where you pay for the level of artist that you see. An artist level is determined by their experience, skill and popularity.We understand that our guests have unique challenges and aspirations and we believe our personalised approach is a fair, simple and transparent way of pricing our services. It also empowers our artist to be creative by removing the restrictions set by the conventional ‘one size fits all’ approach.

WHY DO I NEED A CONSULTATION IN ORDER TO BOOK A SERVICE?

We require guests to have an in-studio consultation in order book out the correct amount of time for your appointment and give you an accurate price for the service.It also helps us to assess your skin, pain tolerance and character and do any necessary testing to see if the result you want is achievable.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK?

In order to secure your ideal appointment time, please be sure to book your appointment 1-3 days in advance. Dates can be changed up to 24 hours if needed. Evenings and Weekend appointments are our most popular times and we advice to book at least two appointments in advance to secure your preferred slot.
